Our public commitment

The Pivot 2030 Charter is our public commitment to the young people, families and communities we serve. It reflects where we have come from, what we have learnt and the future we are building together.
It is not a business plan or a collection of promises made at a distance. It is a statement of belief, grounded in daily practice. Education begins with belonging. Trust comes before learning. Every child deserves to feel seen, heard and valued.

Five commitments
The Charter focuses on five connected commitments: People, Places, Partnerships, Progress and Sustainability.
People means supporting the staff who make this work possible. Places means creating calm, welcoming provision closer to home. Partnerships means working openly with families, local authorities, schools and communities. Progress means helping every learner move towards a meaningful future. Sustainability means protecting quality, value and care for the long term.

Because children deserve better
By 2030, Pivot aims to support 1,000 learners each year through a connected network of schools, hubs and outreach provision. Growth will never be an end in itself. We will expand where there is need, where partnerships are strong and where we can make a lasting difference.
The Charter belongs to everyone at Pivot. It gives us a shared direction and a way to hold ourselves accountable. Above all, it keeps one promise at the centre of every decision: because children deserve better. Always have. Always will.
