For many of our learners, believing in a future beyond school takes real work — and that’s exactly what our careers guidance is there for. Every learner has access to regular, impartial advice at key transition points, alongside personalised support tailored to their own wellbeing and next steps.

Our careers programme follows the Gatsby Benchmarks, woven through the curriculum rather than kept separate from it — from taster sessions and enterprise activities to option events and mock interviews — helping learners build confidence and take practical steps towards further education, training or employment.
